Ben Hoffman Joins PreScalar Advisory Board

We are excited to welcome Ben Hoffman to the PreScalar Industry Advisory Board. Ben is a seasoned technology executive with deep experience scaling software, connected systems, and advanced automotive technologies. As Co-Founder and CEO of Movimento Group, later acquired by Aptiv, Ben helped pioneer large-scale automotive software deployment and lifecycle management. Ben's insight will be invaluable as PreScalar accelerates the next generation of AI-powered automotive software and manufacturing solutions.

Ben Hoffman is a seasoned technology executive and growth leader with deep experience commercializing transformative innovations across automotive, mobility, industrial, and connected-device markets. His expertise spans electrification, software-defined systems, data platforms, connectivity, autonomy, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Ben currently serves as Vice President, Sales & Business Development at Crossover Solutions, a global manufacturing advisory firm that helps OEMs, suppliers, and industrial companies improve performance, solve complex operational challenges, and accelerate growth.

Previously, Ben was Co-Founder and CEO of Movimento, a pioneering automotive software company acquired by Aptiv. Under his leadership, Movimento became an early leader in over-the-air software updates, vehicle software lifecycle management, and connected-car software deployment.

Over a career spanning three decades, Ben has consistently helped companies align breakthrough technologies with market demand, scale revenue growth, and build durable competitive advantage.

Ben holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
